Enriching Activities

• Participate in the Yosemite Institute field trip
• Simulate lives in ancient societies of prehistoric Egypt, China, and Greece with crafts, foods and art
• Write scripts based on Chinese fables
• Perform Greek plays about the gods
• Read novels while participating in Book Club discussions groups of 6 or fewer students
• Use technology to enhance research and writing projects
• Make kites and fly them at the beach
• Experience exploratories with other middle school students
